Titan was retained by Vass Stevens Group as Construction Manager for the planning and redevelopment of a 16,000 square foot industrial building into 9 retail spaces. The project involved the installation of all new services, façade, site work (including the creation of an outdoor seating area for one of the restaurants), sidewalks, storefronts, plumbing and gas distribution, HVAC, and preparing the spaces for the tenants.
The project completed in Fall 2020.
