Titan was retained by Avalon as a General Contractor to resolve a recurring issue associated with the building’s sewer lines. The project included the installation of a dual ejector pump and necessary electrical sub panel additions. This involved repairs to the existing sewer connection in the street and installation of the ejector pump in the rear of the building disguised by flower beds. The property was fully restored and this remedial work has solved the problem with no further incidents reported by the building’s on-site management.
