Description:
Titan was retained by JMM Raceway, LLC, Mattone Group Raceway, LLC, and Gart Roosevelt Associates, LLC as Construction Manager for the planning and redevelopment of the former Home Depot Expo.
Titan was instrumental in concept budgeting, lease work letter negotiations, coordination of tenant requirements, and the construction of the infrastructure and demising the premises. This infrastructure included the modification of the electrical service to split into three tenancies with new metering, gas service and HVAC modifications, and water services. The tenants were Fairway Supermarket, the PGA Superstore, and a vacant unit ultimately taken by David’s Bridal.
The project was completed in 2014.
