Titan was retained by Mattone Group as General Contractor for 250 Jay Street, Brooklyn. This project included the interior demolition and renovation of the previous New York City College of Technology. The five-story building transformed into a beautiful, new home for community High School, a Brooklyn Public Charter School. The building includes three science rooms, a student cafeteria, an art room, eighteen classrooms, and eight faculty offices. The school accepted its first students in the Fall of 2022.
