The project consists of a full demolition of existing industrial structures and construction of a new 20-unit condominium building that includes a community facility use on the first and cellar levels. The building consists of elevatored seven-story building with 14 on-site parking spaces dedicated to it residents with a landscaped garden along with several private roof top terraces. The building is being developed by a prominent Brooklyn development team and have selected finishes that will reflect the extraordinary market the building is located in.
