Bayshore CHS Medical Center
Titan was retained by Mattone Group as the General Contractor for the new Catholic Health Services Medical Center located at 45 Park Avenue Bayshore, Long Island, NY. The project consisted of a complete gut and remodel of an 8,500 SF space, previously utilized as law offices. The new and exciting reconstruction and fit out will conveniently accommodate 6 private offices, a conference room, 20 patient exam rooms, an on-site x-ray facility, and ample parking for all patients.
