Titan was retained as Construction Manager for the gut rehabilitation of this extraordinary town home. The project involved substantial structural modification of the existing structure with the relocation of the stairs and installation of an elevator, expansion of the rear of the building on all floors, replacement of all compromised floor joists to level the floors, and complete new mechanical systems. Once the restored shell was completed, the Developer was able to effectively market the restored building directly to homebuyer who had their own residential builders in tow to customize the finished to their tastes.
