Titan has been retained by 76A Cooper Realty LLC and Mark Fasano as a Construction Manager by the Ownership of the project to complete the project that had two prior general contractors involved. Titan was instrumental in assisting the Ownership address building department issues, identifying the remaining scope for each trade, negotiating the most favorable terms that included deficiencies in the prior contractor’s work, managing the requisite contractors, and assisting the Ownership in final finish selections.
