Titan was retained by 524 Halsey LLC as a Construction Manager. Titan took over the project after the initial demolition of the existing garage was completed with the installation of the steel skeleton behind the Landmarked façade. Titan negotiated new agreements with all of the prime subcontractors and settlement of any outstanding claims. The project encompasses 34-unit luxury condominium units and is an elevatored four-story building with a landscaped garden roof along with several private terraces. The façade was restored to its original grandeur under the direction of the Landmark Preservation Commission. The building was being developed by a prominent Brooklyn development team and have selected finishes that reflect the history of the building and the extraordinary market the building is located
