Titan has been retained by Rukab Brash, the Owner’s Representative, and the Church leadership as a Construction Manager. The project consisted of substantial demolition of the existing interior improvements and some exterior improvements. The four-story structure consists of a new sanctuary/worship space, soup kitchen, classrooms, pastoral offices, meeting room, and the pastor’s residency. The construction included a new elevator, upgraded electric and HVAC services, and specialty finishes within the fully equipped soup kitchen and sanctuary.
