Titan was retained by Mattone Investors as the General Contractor for a Built to Suit for the new Catholic Health Services Medical Center located at 45 Park Avenue Bayshore, Long Island, NY. The project consisted the demolition of all interior improvements and the reconstruction into a modern medical facility including all new utilities. The space is 8,500 sq ft and includes 6 private offices, a conference room, 20 patient exam rooms, an on-site x-ray facility, and ample parking for all patients.
