Titan was retained by Himrod Development LLC and ASH NYC as a Construction Manger to complete the construction of a rental building in Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY. The project consists of 63 units with condominium level finishes and several retail, event and community facility spaces.
Titan has played an integral role since the project conception with the ownership in the design coordination and expediting the pre-construction and construction phases of this project. Unique to the project was the restoration of the mill building in the middle of three interconnecting buildings blending the history of the mill building with the two new buildings flanking it creating a very transitional feel for its aesthetic.
