Titan was retained by its client Darren Anikstein and 174 North 11th Partners, LLC, as a Construction Manager, to build this seven story structure. The building includes 50 apartment units and Titan’s pre-construction services commenced upon the original conceptual plans that were developed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and concluded with the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
Design features include ground floor retail space, and interior garage, super insulated Austrian windows, over-sized handmade Scandinavian brick and naturally weathering steel façade finish, Italian kitchens and baths, and vegetated rooftop recreation space.
