The building consists of an 8-story elevatored building where the elevator goes to the roof providing a communal roof top garden. The cellar level includes storage areas for the tenants along with building services. The floor plans offer direct elevator entrances creating a traditional foyer and providing an extraordinary flow to the front and rear of the spaces.
