Titan was retained as a General Contractor for the completion of the Landlord’s Work to accommodate Avalon’s tenant, CityMD. The project included the renovation of the space including the installation of an independent elevator, modification of the building electrical and HVAC systems to meet the Tenant’s requirements, installation of new stairwells to create connectivity of the multi-level space and finishing the space as a “vanilla box” ready for Tenant’s installations.
