Titan was retained by Charles Krypell and Golda Realty LLC as Construction Manager for the development of luxury retail space and Krypell Jewelry’s corporate offices on the second floor. The anchor tenant is Krypell Jewelry’s flagship store that will be 5,000 square feet and the balance of the retail space is 11,000 square feet and 12,000 square feet of storage in the cellar level.
Due to the site limitations there are two buildings on the site with the parking between the structures. The building’s design was by Mark Stumer of Mojo Stumer and epitomizes Long Island’s extraordinary Gold Coast with the use of the finest materials.
